If you’re house is like my house, you had to play Fridge Tetris to get all the left over Thanksgiving food into your fridge last night. By Saturday everyone is going to be begging you to make something else besides making them at Thanksgiving dinner AGAIN. So we put together a list of delicious recipes you can make using your Thanksgiving leftovers.

Leftover Turkey Recipes

Our family uses up our turkey in a turkey and sausage gumbo. Just take your favorite chicken and sausage gumbo recipes and substitute the chicken with turkey. If you don’t have a favorite gumbo recipes we have a list of slow cooker recipes for gumbo you can try.

If chili is your thing, Arts and Crackers has a yummy looking Gluten Free White Turkey Chili recipe.

I love a good egg roll, these from Persnickety Plates not only use your turkey but your leftover stuffing also.

Leftover Stuffing Recipes

One of my favorite ways to use up leftover stuffing is stuffed bell peppers. Before my youngest developed a shellfish allergy I would add in some sauteed shrimp or crawfish to our stuffing and stuff them into bell peppers. Bake at 350 for an hour and you have a new tasty meal using your leftover stuffing.

Leftover Mashed Potato Recipes

Mashed potatoes are my favorite thing. I don’t think they get the respect on the Thanksgiving table they deserve. I mean what else can you dip your rolls in? But what do you do with them after Thanksgiving is over? Here are a few recipes to use up all those leftover mashed potatoes.

Spends with Pennies caught my eye with these loaded mashed potato egg rolls – OMG, y’all.. drool. She also has recipes for loaded mashed potato cakes and loaded mashed potato bombs.

Noshing with the Nolands has a recipe for cheesy mashed potato croquettes that look like a mashed potato cheese sticks. YUM! She also has a recipe for potato scones using mashed potatoes.

Shepherd’s Pie is a staple in our house. This cheesy sloppy joe shepherd’s pie from Adventures by Mel looks amazing.
